Products and Pricing
Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund, a substitute product, or a backorder option.
Orders and Payment
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless you hold an approved trade account with credit terms. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely and we do not store your full card details.
Trade Accounts
Approved trade account holders may be eligible for credit terms as agreed in writing. Trade account credit terms are subject to ongoing credit assessment and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Invoices are due by the agreed payment date. Overdue amounts may incur interest at 2% per month.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout New Zealand. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date and we will assist in resolving the matter with the courier.
Returns and Refunds
Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are a consumer purchasing goods for personal, domestic, or household use, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

Trade Customers
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply where goods are purchased for the purpose of a business. Trade customers’ rights are governed by the contract between us and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nzgraffitiremoval.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. Do not return goods without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
